Kaia FIT: Julie Vogt
When I walked into Kaia FIT Woodland a day after completing my first triathlon, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. I’ve been active and have participated in marathons and half marathons for over 15 years so I already felt fit and confident. But I felt like I just needed something more.
I didn’t start Kaia with the intention of losing weight. Really, I was just looking for a new challenge. But I’ve lost inches and pounds and feel leaner and lighter and stronger than ever. I’ve learned to be more mindful and eat cleaner and greener. I’ve never felt healthier.
Kaia FIT isn’t just an exercise class. Kaia FIT is so much more! I feel supported and encouraged both emotionally and physically by the coaches and by this amazing community of strong and loving women. I’ve made great friends and gained a support network. It's really hard for me to put into words what Kaia FIT is to me, but I can definitely say it makes me feel complete.
